STED 1 - LOG IN
Log into Azure Active Directory with an administrator for the organization
When you have logged in, please select “App registrations” from the menu
STEP 2 - REGISTER
Click ’New registration’
STEP 3 - FILL IN
Enter a suitable name for the application, and select the supported account types of your choice. (Multitenant, if you have more than one organization you want to synchronize with BmyGuest)
Select “Public client/native” from the select box
STEP 4 - CREATE
Create the application, and save the Application (client) ID and Directory (tenant) I ID
– you will need to provide these to BmyGuest (see step 8)
STEP 5 - SECRET
Click ‘Certificates and secrets’ in the menu, and then click “New client secret”
STEP 5.1 - SECRET
- Select a secret that never expires, and click ‘add’
- Save the created value of the secret – you will need to provide this to BmyGuest (see step 8)
STEP 6 - PERMISSIONS
- Click ‘ API permissions’ in the menu, and then click ‘Add a permission’
- Find “Microsoft Graph” under “APIS’s my organization uses, and then select “Application permissions”
STEP 6.1 - PERMISSIONS
Find and check ‘Group.Read.All’ and ‘User.Read.All’ in the list, and click “Add”
STEP 7 - ACCESS
Click “Grant admin consent” to allow the app to access the selected resources
Provide BmyGuest with the following values: (see step 8)
- Application (client) ID
- Directory (tenant) ID
- Client Secret VALUE
STEP 8 - BMYGUEST
Go to app.BmyGuest.eu
- Go to app.bmyguest.eu and log in
- Click the ’Settings wheel/Integrations’
- Click ’Install’
- Fill in the fields
- Click ’Install app’
Azure AD Groups - More than one location
We recommend that you create a groupe with all host/users that receives guest
Name sample: BMG_all
If you have more than one location, then make subgroups, so that only host the a specific location are shown.
Name sample: BMG_xxx (location name)
